Not true. Restaurants can’t discriminate. Private clubs have been ordered to allow people in because business discussions took place on the property. A shopping mall couldn’t remove a walking group because a court decided that it was the equivalent of a town square.

Actually, they cannot discriminate on the bases of race, religion or sex. They can legally discriminate on the bases of political beliefs.
