People like being a part of the winning team and right now it looks like Islam is winning. Western Christendom has become weak and emasculated, always apologizing, and has handed over leadership to liberals who work to undermine Christian ideals. There is no Muslim country that is ruled by liberal agnostics.
I've often thought recently that one of these days Western men, tired of being belittled and devalued in a feminized culture, will turn to Islam thinking it offers them a god deal; the opportunity to be men again in a patriarchal society where men call the shots.
A recent book, Submission by French author Michel Houellebecq imagines a future France where the Muslim Brotherhood joins forces with the socialists to defeat a right-wing party. Upon assuming power the first thing the MB do is take over the schools. They understand the power that this brings. Only Muslims are allowed to become teachers. A French college professor converts to Islam to retain his teaching job and learns that he's now allowed to take four wives. Four young, subservient teenage brides. Islam might not be too bad, he realizes!
I can think of no greater nightmare for liberalism than Western men turning their backs on a liberal culture that disdains them and turning to Islam.

You’re not just guessing there. It’s already happening to black men in prison. They feel weak and oppressed...and then poof!...along comes Islam.
I’ve also seen Islamic propaganda that lists Christ as a prophet in the same general category as Mohammed. I think that’s done with a specific purpose in mind: To fool weak Christians into thinking that Islam is not so bad, and might be worth looking into.
“”This was an unintended mistake””
Could they tell us what an “intended mistake” would be?
:)
Yep. And many western leaders are helping them.
Vietnamese. Wow.
Yeah half my friends still speak fluent Italian.
Only 100 years a lot of our families are here. In the big scheme of things, that’s not that long.
I think we will see big changes in the next 2 generations.
Would have been a lot more of us but some immigration restriction law in the 20s, I think, actually stopped more of us from coming but let latin americans swarm in.
Bit mistake as we vote conservative much more and have adapted much faster and better.
I’d be shocked if that was ancestors of Italians in America :)
That looks REALLY local and too authentic.
Like something that would come out of a village in Sicily.
We do maybe 20 percent of that dance at the weddings :)
It’s also one of a number of musical variations on the Tarantella.
But you know how it is.
Everything gets watered down in the new country (America) so it’s a hybrid Tarantella we do :)
