Sen. Mitt Romney wants special counsel Robert Mueller to testify before Congress, breaking with fellow Republicans who want to move on after Mueller delivered his report that found attempts by President Donald Trump to derail the investigation but didn’t seek charges against him for obstruction of justice.
“I’d like to hear from Mr. Mueller; I think a lot of people would like to hear his perspective on the report he put out and the conclusions he reached,” Romney told reporters at the Capitol on Thursday.
The Utah Republican, who had said he was “sickened” by Mueller’s findings about the president and his team, wasn’t sure what form such a hearing with the special counsel would entail but that it was important for the public to hear directly from the lead investigator.
“I don’t know what the right process is for us to be able to hear from him," Romney said, “but I think a lot of us would like to hear his take.”

I think Mueller should testify under oath. Congress can ask him the following questions:
1) Were there any inaccuracies in Bar’s 4-page memo?
2A) When did you realize Trump was not guilty of collusion?
2B) Why did you not immediately stop the investigation at that point?
3A) Did you realize Strozok et al. were hopelessly conflicted before the media firestorm about their text messages?
3B1) [if no] Why did you not verify that none of the investigators had a conflict of interest?
3B2) [if yes] Why did it take you so long to remove them from your team?
4) Do you believe it is possible for a President to commit a crime by performing an action the US Constitution explicitly empowers him to perform?
So if he states anything different from what is in his report, we can arrest him for perjury. Arrest him a 6:00 am in front of his family. invade his house. Throw him in jail.

I would be especially interested to hear why Mueller decided to not charge with obstruction, and why the phrase not to exonerate was used.
As I understand a prosecutor, they are never in the business of exoneration and when they decide not to charge, you are home free.

In the 1950s days of the horror films (Frankenstein versus the Wolfman, Return of the Mummy, House on Haunted Hill....) there was a company that paid an actress to pretend to be a nurse and a guy to sit in an ambulance in front of the theater “Because This Movie Could Give Someone Into A Heart Attack From Fright!”.
