Ky Chapman gives a testimony to the governor, only to be given a rude,condescending answer. Governor Polis says he will give him a note for missing school, then he dismisses all the points brought up, and instead changes the subject, however the crowd is eager to fight back with his nonsense.

He’s in a very conservative, mostly rural, farm and ranch county in Colorado and those kids aren’t as brainwashed.
