Hey, I recall when we hit 200 million. I though that was enough already back then. I still do. The problem is untrammeled immigration and illegal migration, not runaway birth rates.

But in Latin America the problem is the birth rate. The Pope could solve that problem by announcing that henceforth Catholics can use birth control.
