38 Confirmed on the Circuit Courts with a few more vacancies to go. Obama appointed 55 to the Circuit Courts so there is still a ways to go to counterbalance all the damage he did its been a very encouraging first two years for Trump.

It’d be awfully nice now if one of the Gang of Four’s seats came open on the Supreme Court this year.

Even the Ninth Circuit Court gets on right now once in a while.

The most recent was yesterday or the day before ruling that Trump could make illegals wait in Mexico while their amnesty cases were reviewed (or some such, close to that).

It was a remarkable ruling for a court that gets over-ruled all the time.
