And what if that hammer never comes? If history is any indication of the future, it's more likely no one will ever be held accountable. Look at Nixon, he was framed in a very similar way to Trump. The beltway hated him and they were able to effect his removal. Once he was gone, everything was dropped and DC did not even break stride. Trump is not going down the way Nixon did, to date. But the dems, msm and the gopE will not take no for an answer. At every failure, they respond by escalating their attack. I don't think Trump is going to surrender, so where does the continual escalation end?

I hope you’re correct on that. But I’ve had the rug snatched out from under me so often in the past two decades, I cannot allow my hopes to get up very high.
