21 Questions To Ask Robert Mueller If He Testifies To Congress
The Federalist ^ | May 14,2019 | Adam Mill

Special Counsel Robert Mueller might testify before a friendly House Judiciary Committee, although the exact date is uncertain. President Trump has signaled he’ll block this under executive privilege principles.

But Mueller is a loose cannon who coordinates with the media and Congress and may just blow through any presidential objection, as he has already shown a willingness to defy his boss. That’s great news. Here’s why.

If that happens, Republicans will have the opportunity to ask questions. Traditionally, these tiny slices of time are used to make speeches in the form of a question. This would be a huge waste of time and likely what the Democrats will do anyway. Again, good. Let them. We’ve heard the speeches, and everyone will just fast-forward through them on the CSPAN video.

Republicans must not miss the opportunity to actually ask tough questions. Here is a very incomplete list of questions the Republicans—really all Americans—should ask Mueller.

1. Your report seems to indicate that you could not corroborate the Christopher Steele dossier. What steps did you take to review Steele’s source material?

Hillary Clinton keeps claiming that 19 different agencies had to approve the Uranium One sale to Russia. Who were those agency heads, who proposed the sale, how was it paid for and where did that money go?

Getting “approvals” is no problem in the Swamp where corruption runs deep.

1) Your report states that after the election the Russian government had difficulty making contact with the Trump team. Doesn’t this fact imply there was no conspiracy or coordination with the Trump team during the election?

2) how could any of your scenarios of possible obstruction of justice actually be obstruction if there was no underlying crime and your investigation was completed?

These are good questions, which means they probably will not be asked.

If Mueller says anything different than what is in his report, he will have committed purjory.
If Mueller ADDS to anything in testimony, he will have committed Obstruction of Justice post facto during his investigation.
Mueller’s report IS his testimony to congress. He can’t waiver without getting his almonds jammed.

Question 22

Did it ever occur to you that 15 of the 18 prosecutors you selected to investigate the president were of the opposition political party and had donated money to it?

Was this coincidental or by design?

The last question, almost as an afterthought :

21. Did the special counsel’s office attempt to interview Julian Assange to determine how he obtained the emails from the DNC and the John Podesta hacks?

It’s going to come back to haunt him!

An excellent article, well worth reading. Thanks for posting.

These 21 are just to start. I am confident there are many more.

IMHO, Mueller will never testify. As Cletus.D.Yokel states: "Mueller’s report IS his testimony to congress."

I expect a kabuki dance as the dems try to blame the repubs for Mueller not testifying. And, of course, the stupid party will let the dems win.

“Russia — according to 17 intelligence agencies — interfered in our campaign,” said ABC’s George Stephanopoulos” Did you accept the Crowdstrike analysis of hacking on the DNC servers or did anyone in LE actually examine the servers?

Where are the Awan brothers?

Did anyone forensically examine Hillary’s server and did her techs ever make backups? Did Russians hack her? Chinese?

“I expect a kabuki dance as the dems try to blame the repubs for Mueller not testifying.”

So have Graham drop a subpoena on his ass and have him in front of a Republican run Senate Committee.

Democrats will make speeches and ask no questions. Republican questions will be answered “can’t respond as there is an ongoing investigation”.

Long story short, Mueller’s appearance will accomplish NOTHING.

If Q “knows all” they already know it was SR who gave him the information. We had better be protecting him. It’s already supercritical.
And listening to a talking head regarding the Roger Stone case, it appears he is pressing the issue of Crowdstrike not actually physically looking at the DNC servers. Is it a coincidence that these two issues are emerging at the same time. Don’t think so!

Mueller had to know what happened and that it would eventually come out, so he accepted the DNC explanation without question. That wasn’t his charge. But he did set up Stone to expose it later. A round about trail, but a very effective way to get the job done AND the truth in a court of law so it could be used as evidence in other cases.

Stone also needs protection “A stone shall take them down”

It has been reported that you knew within a few months that there was no evidence of collusion between the Russians and Trump campaign.

Did you deliberately keep the investigation going through the 2018 mid-terms to assist the democrats?

Great questions - many minefields for Mueller.

And he's right that the Dems will spend all their time speechifying and competing for CNN soundbites. It'll make a nice contrast for the GOP to spend their time asking relevant and difficult questions.
