I read about Teddy Roosevelt the other day - he was on his way to give a speech somewhere, and a trolley car was on its way to get there ahead of the president and they hit his car! Sent Teddy flying into the pavement face first. A secret service agent was killed. Teddy was hurt fairly badly, gave the speech anyway. He was a tough SOB. Another time, some asshole shot him, and he ... still went ahead and gave the speech.

If I’m not mistaken, there was also an accident involving Trump’s motorcade in Florida, this last Saturday. Now there’s one Today in Louisiana.
Of course there was the one a while back where the car tried to fly out of the woods, but the flight was disrupted by the concrete ditch.

I still can’t believe Trump was speaking in Hackberry, La. I lived in Sulphur La many years ago. I drove through Hackberry after Hurricane Reta. There was literally NOTHING left.
