I really disagree with Rush. If these elected democrats are breaking laws, I don’t care if there is a constitutional crisis if they are prosecuted for their criminal activities. The fact that they are in office and getting away with the terrible things they are doing IS A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS!!!!!!!
The fact that they may or may not be elected again is not nearly enough deterrent as I see it.

Reminds me of when William F. Buckley said it would be worse for the republic to catch a sitting president for murder than to let the Clintons get away with killing Vince Foster.
