Well, iff true - and we don't know this is true! - that just means that ALL THREE knew the contents of the Steele “Faked Dossier”. It's just that Brennan and Clapper didn't it PUBLISHED in the Mueller Report. Comey needed it published.

NONE of them opposed it as a piece of made-up gossip!
