You ever notice that every time somebody sais something positive or at least neutral about the president, they are seemingly compelled to pre qualify any statement with “now mind you, I am no fan of Trumps, but ...”?

Likewise, when forced to report “good news” connected to the president (unemployment numbers, for example), there’s always an obligatory “however” disclaimer.
