Yeah, the corrupt bastards will walk, because if this goes to a jury, all they will need is one person with Trump Derangement Syndrome. You could have them on tape saying "let's use this fake dossier to remove Trump", and a jury member with TDS would still not vote to convict.
The grand jury is apparently sitting in Connecticut, but I am not sure where a criminal indictment would get prosecuted. FYI: Of the 14 judges currently sitting in the United States District Court for Connecticut, 11 were appointed by Carter, Clinton, or Obama.
