Courts do not have most of the authority they and many citizens pretend it does.
Jail for judges who seize non-judicial authority to themselves or usurp the operation of the executive branch. Hard prison time is needed for many judges. The black robes have done extreme damage to our right to lawful government.
Jail time for Judges is not necessary or desireable because it just creates martyrs.
Remove them from the bench and stop their attempts to destroy our country.
