Of course he is. Wiessman was briefed by Bruce Ohr as early as August/September 2016 that the dossier was political information, unverified, and that Steele was suspect.
Ohr said that Wiessman was one of the people at that briefing.
So he knew.
Does anyone think he didn’t join the Mueller team and tell Mueller right off the bat about that early meeting?
Not a chance.
Mueller was part of the “insurance policy” that we know now was insurance fraud.
And he milked it for 2 years worth of employment and expenses.
There is a statute of limitations clock to run out. Just a guess.
And I believe Ohr was under oath when he divulged that.
I don’t know the strict definition of Obstruction of Justice, but ...
If a special prosecutor knows that the President is innocent, and yet spends 2 years trying to hamstring and railroad the President’s administration, that seems like an Injustice. President Trump was lawfully and properly elected and justice demands that his administration proceed unobstructed for 4 years. Mueller definitely and willfully made that difficult. I’d call it Obstruction of Justice by Mueller.

How do you prove a negative?
Logically, it is not possible, unless compared to a positive. But pragmatically, no evidence of criminal activity may be taken to be that no criminal activity took place. Therefore, no prosecution.
He also knew (obviously) that it was THEY (the Democrats!) who had colluded with the Russians, be it via the Ukraine, or elsewhere.

Giuliani has been trying very hard to get the Fox News hosts to wake up and listen (Hannity, Laura Ingrham, Shannon Bream...). Yet they practically ignore what he’s telling them.
Limbaugh, from what I recall, hasn’t even brought up the growing body of evidence showing that it was the DEMOCRATS who had colluded with Russia. Instead, he seems to be stuck on trying to defend the lying, traitorous Dems’ phony allegations that Trump colluded with Russia.

He knew it BEFORE accepting the appointment.
He may well have been involved in the coup’s information-laundering process from the very start, given his pre-existing relationships to many of the key players.
I’d even dare say it’s likely this is the case, as it makes his appointment as SC a lot less arbitrary-seeming of a choice than it was.
