The surgeon was right. Of course it all depends on where Biden started from.

Brain Surgeon Told Biden He Had Less Than 50% Chance of Being Completely Normal >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Hair transplant plugs can do that.
He’s never recovered since. Taken from his a$$, they grew too far inward.
The condition is called Intracranio-hypercrinusus.
Its a frequent occurrence among hair transplant recipients.
The condition brings onset dementia and frequently Alzheimers.

I’m not a doctor but I have a friend who suffered a stroke that damaged his brain. He lost most of his inhibitions, and seeing how Biden acts around little girls, swimming in the nude etc, I would not doubt his part of the brain responsible for inhibition has been damaged.

Joe has a permanent stent that has long ago drained his brain away. No telling what else they implanted in place. and remember Obammy’s scar? What did they put in him or take out?

“The joke among docs is: How do you know someone’s had a cranial aneurysm? On the autopsy table. Only 20 percent of the people have it even get to the table.”
While I am no fan of Joe Biden - AT ALL - on this score he is correct. I knew 2 people - one who I went to school with from K-12, and another on my dorm floor freshman year in college, who both died of brain aneurysms (at age 20 and approximately 30, respectively). I was friendly with both, but not great friends - but that hits hard when it is someone your age who you knew.
That all being said, when voting for President now I look at Joe Biden and find him wanting - and not because of health issues, but because of policy issues. If, however, he was good on policy, I’d still be concerned about voting in a man who would, if elected, be older upon assuming this office than Reagan was when he left it.
