I remembered we have surveyor tape and tied a strip of that around a stalk. It’s red so is easy to spot when I go out to measure.
Grey is adorable when she’s at the door telling you to HURRY UP. LOL We can never move fast enough when it’s feeding time, can we?

I’d say a lot of us will be keeping a close eye on your part of the country tomorrow, praying the weather doesn’t get too awful.
At least it looked to be pretty calm yesterday, giving y’all a break. Was there a large crowd at the lake to cramp your and Gizmo’s fun?

Be glad you don’t have as many furballs to fall over as we do! It’s almost impossible to walk through the house. A few like to walk right in front of us, then stop suddenly. Yours seem to run ahead of you and crowd around the dish. That does make it hard to close in on it to dump the food.
Sleep well. I hope things don’t get bad in your area. I’ll be keeping a close eye on it tomorrow after I wake up.

Yep, there were quite a few people out at the lake yesterday. We did get to find a few spots where Gizmo could have some fun though.

Glad you two were able to find a spot that wasn’t too crowded. It probably isn’t easy now that warm weather is here.
You aren’t in the very worst threat zone but are still in a high risk zone. Too much for comfort. They were just talking about it on the early morning news and said it could be worse than Saturday and that’s not what anyone wants to hear. You’ll be in my prayers that you get through the day safely.

Be careful when you head out to the lake. Those darn storms have a bad habit of blowing up out of the blue.
