It really is quite a simple proposition:

Should it be lawful to stop a healthy, growing, beating heart?

Pro-choicers want the the focus to be on women’s rights. At the moment of conception, isn’t any woman now a mother?

Why is motherhood inferior?

Should it be lawful for a mother to stop being so at any time, for any reason?

Free peoples have rights, but not powers.

Good. I imagine the push for “up until birth” will wake up the fence sitters. I do believe even if you are a person whose attitude is “not my business”, the fact that the left has made the jump from “rare and necessary only” to killing a baby that is so large in the womb that it’s obvious to the naked eye will change some minds.

This is one excuse for abortion that we hear over and over. Have you thought about how racist that statement is? Why would the pro-abort idiots want to keep women of color from having babies? “gotta keep those darkies from breeding you know.” It implies also that those “women of color” are not smart enough to learn how to use birth control. What if it were conservatives who are calling for more access to abortion for women of color? Think about that. Actually the abortion clinics do seem to spring up near the neighborhoods of color according to stats I’ve seen.
