#37 Carl Nichols to be U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia
#35 Stephen Clark, Sr. to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri
#23 Howard Nielson, Jr. to be U.S. District Judge for the District of Utah
I know what invoking cloture is, but what does it mean for these four nominees? Where does that put them in the process?
Are they out of committee to the floor, or something else?
Clark, Nichols and Nielson are ALL Federalist Society members.
I just ran across an article in the Congressional Register where some weenie Dem Senator was soiling himself over the number of Federalist Society members getting judgeships.
No WONDER!!!
