Also, somehow the cost of thinner tires are far more for some reason. Wait til you have to replace one.

And if you hit a pothole, much more likely to bend a rim with thin tire.

Fortunately its a low mileage, 8 year old car, so I just put my first set on last year but I found out they are custom ordered and not regularly stocked.

Life expectancy in the springtime in a Northern big city: 1.37 miles.

If they don’t get bent, they will get stolen, while you are driving.

IMO, anything beyond 18” is nuts on a car.
