He may well sign the bill if he has no ambitions of another term as Governor. But knowing Rat Party Headquarters as well as I do (and having lived my entire life within the belly of the beast I *do* know) they,along with their allies in "moveon.org" and "prochoiceamerica.org",will do *everything* they can to destroy him.
