"If there are indictments without convictions the Dems will fight for every inch claiming they are political prosecutions." Yes they can claim it. The counter to this is that a person who is accused has the right to face his accusers and see the evidence. So if a trial is delayed for a lengthy period of time due to defense motions, that can be pointed out.

No, this is the official order to declass these documents. It will go through a process, as usual. Of equal import is the order for intel people to cooperate with the Attorney General.
