Rapes are normally known to the victims and dealt with by the morning after pill method and not by Doctor D&C.
There are cases of drugged victims and mentally incompetent victims. Probably a few thousand of each type annually.
Drugged victims will normally have traces of the drug in their hair. Mentally incompetent victims will normally have an educational/mental health record.
As for incest, I’ve never heard of any prosecution, but evidence should be available. If a teenage father can be proven to be a father, so could an errant father.
As for protecting the life of the mother, I’m not sure if the medical basis extends beyond eclampsia. Please inform me if there are other justifiable medical causes of doctor performed abortions.

Good on you, as well, that you are fair-minded enough to ignore those who tell you to stop trying because the proaborts are imbeciles, demon-spawn, subhuman, or other labels out of the Bad Words Thesaurus.
The fact is, God would not sustain anyone in existence if there were truly no hope for them.
I admit I would not approach an overtly aggressive person armed with a baseball bat, but I have always approached people whose demeanor seemed to be reasonably open.
Half the pro-life activists I know are converts, including myself. The Pro Life movement would be small and weak if we lost our good hearts and our good hope.

Tell them that if they have pre-conceived notions about who pro-life people are (judgmental Bible-thumpers), they should check out feministsforlife.org, democratsforlife.org and even atheists for life, if they are still around.
Students for Life of America is a big group of young people who train pro-life young people on high school and college campuses.
They’ve got great talking points and you can learn a lot from them.

One in 1 million chance they’re there to actually communicate. They are there to grandstand and provoke. No communication is possible. My recommendation, if you have the time, would be to stand there and stare calmly. Don’t talk, don’t make faces, just observe. They’ll become agitated and begin to behave erratically when they realize nothing they do will provoke a response from you. You can do the same thing to barking dogs when you’re on the sidewalk and they’re behind a fence. You just stand there and watch them go crazy and eventually they’ll start attacking each other. I did this to a neighborhood gang from my porch and it was quite a show. They wore themselves out while I was resting.
