The European Union has its good points, such as a stable currency and common R&D.
If it issued guidelines instead of edicts it would be far more tolerable.
Europe has housing affordability problems. Massive immigration will make them worse.

We already have the recipe for this. The people just don’t seem to want to give others a chance. I can understand the Left sending the same person back, time and time again, but what they do, they do.

How many times has Graham openly supported amnesty and sided with the Dem’s and South Carolina continues to send him back. It’s only now, that he “might” be changing.
We can say that about darn near all of them.
Although time is running out. With the way that the Left is spreading around the country and backfilling their former homes with illegals and refugees, it won’t be long before the whole country is, BLUE. Not Blue, all the way around. But the states will be controlled by the densely populated cities, which in turn will change everything.
Unless DeSantis can pull something out of his a$$, next November, Florida is done. Short of the states telling the Feds, No More, I fear the amount of fraud that will take place November 2020 will end it.

Good article. I’ve always snickered at the EU capital being in Brussels, Belgium - also known as “France’s Welcome Mat”.
The leftist tactics there match those here closely.
First came BREXIT, Britain’s vote to break away from the ever-more totalitarian monster in Brussels, the European Union.
Now we have EUREXIT, as every country in Europe has ever-growing nationalist/populist parties that also want to break away from the EU.
Soon Europe’s pro-EU leaders like Macron and Merkel will be voted out of office and freedom will return to France, Germany, etc. Allons, Enfants de la Patrie le Jour de Gloire est Arrivee.

Not sure who said it but I remember "A Europe of Nations, not a nation of Europe."
At the intersection of bureaucrats and a pile of money you inevitably find nation building. They were determined to build their very own living, growing nation critter. We subsidized it through the cold war; America was spending our men and gold on their defense while they were busily constructing their own glutinous quasi-government with all the liberal goals the riches of the continent could buy.
But the jig is up. The European populous want their nations back, and not a minute too soon.
