The irony here is that she’s actually right about a lot of this. Our government is filled with people who have been selling this country out for years ... and the ones born here in the U.S. ain’t much better than the ones born in Third World toilets.

Not going to help because that horse left the barn with 0bammy. But if the amendment says born of two US citizens at the time of birth.....that might have a chance. Just keep it away from the NBC clause.

I agree with you especially as it pertains to federal government elected officials; representatives, senators, justices. Should be American born.

How can requiring natural born citizens to be congressmen possibly have a downside? It’s not like there’s a shortage of American citizens. Plus, they will be much more likely to look at foreign and domestic policy from an American perspective.
