1. he’s not a member of the Tory party - hasn’t been since 1992
2. the Tories aren’t going to go for a GE now as they don’t want to lose. So the Next GE would be in 2022
3. Farage’s brexit party doesn’t have any members or membership structure yet - it may, but not soon
4. the last time around, Farage’s UKIP got just 1 MP and Farage lost (for the 6th time) a chance to become MP
The 6 week old single-issue Brexit party gets 32% of the votes for the EU parliament - which was a vote nearly purely on Hard Brexit or no-Brexit.
40% of the vote went to no-Brexit parties and 37% (32% Brexit + 5 % UKIP) went to hard no-deal Brexit parties.
The Brexit party has no issues to stand for at the local level - the results will not be the same as for the EU parliament. Remember that in 2014 UKIP won a lot of MEP seats but just 1 MP seat.

Many of the candidates you ascribe to no-Brexit parties, they made no statement regarding Brexit leading their Brexit voters to think they should vote Brexit.
Your 40% contains voters who want Brexit.
But your view is not surprising as it reflects the denial-based insulation that leads no-Brexit candidates to think they have the numbers when in fact they don’t.
The referendum two years ago revealed the UK electorate wants Brexit. The movement has only grown larger since. To think otherwise is foolish wishful thinking.
But such foolishness does not deter the self-imposed blind from putting their heads in the sand to think it’s a single issue fad that fell short and will fade away.
Foolishness begets still more foolishness, as fools project their foolishness to others they think must be the fools in a bid to explain their own stink is someone else’s odious placement.

Now considering the fixed parliament term act and that there's going to be no no-confidence motion in the government, the next GE will be 5 years after 2017 - so 2022. Three years from now. Let's be generous and say he triples his MPs - so he ends up with 3.

Let’s look at my post #23 - the referendum was flawed no matter who won. There is no disagreement about that. And it ended up with 37% of the electorate agreeing for a particular no. That’s not enough to say “the people have spoken” or indeed to say “the people have not spoken”.
This is a sign of a very, very flawed referendum.

There was no clear picture on the question of "to Brexit or not to brexit" in the EU elections.
No-Brexit has 40% of the votes at least, while No-Deal Brexit has 35% of the vote at least. A Stalemate
The referendum 2 years ago showed that 52% of those voting (a total of 37% of the electorate)
you cannot say "the UK electorate wants Brexit" when only 37% said so. you cannot say "it was the will of the people" when only 37% said so. You can't say "NO Brexit" is the will of the people either.
What you can accurately say is that "A large chunk of the electorate wants to leave the EU and many are undecided"
What does all of this mean? Should brexit be cancelled? In my view no, it should not. It doesn't have an undisputed mandate, but it does show that the UK populace is horribly divided and if Brexit is cancelled it will just cause strife
The UK MUST leave the EU and with a no-deal Brexit
But don't fool yourself that this was either the will of the people or of the electorate if only 37% voted leave.
