Having done some traveling in Africa I’ve come to several conclusions about it.As breathtakingly sad the poverty is I can’t accept the suggestion that everyone of the continent is worthless and dangerous.
I dont think its inherently a racial problem. In the United States blacks were doing quite well under some very difficult conditions until liberal America decided to Africanize them sixty years ago. Once it became cool to be African American blacks were screwed in this country.
More to the point, the West has evolved into a society with a stable system of government, which follows the rule of law, and has respect for the rights and life of the individual none of which is true in Africa.

The author has no idea of what’s been happening in the West. Christian values are in decline. On the rise are communism, environmental extremism, and de-genderization. Kenya and Uganda are resisting LGBT while the western world is decreeing it. Conservatives are getting fired. Family life is collapsing. We’re on our way down while Africa is on it’s way up. The USA is still a great place to live, and the situation is by no means hopeless; but turning up our noses at Africans while ignoring our own problems won’t help.
Indeed. Why do they need American college students to dig wells or teach school there? Foreign Aid to Africa is just propoganda and corruption to support a pliant ruling class in those places.
As far as I am concerned, all of Western efforts there are a mixture of leftist condescension, phony, feel-good paternalism and hidden racism.
The people in question are not necessarily worthless and dangerous.
Rather, they are decidedely unequal and unable to finction in the modern world.
