Mueller buries key conclusion amid 'omissions and innuendo'
The Washington Times ^ | May 29, 2019 | Rowan Scarborough

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s exhaustive report on Russian election interference marginalizes its most important finding: There was no Trump-Moscow conspiracy.

“The Mueller report continued a pattern evident in the Mueller indictments,” said Jack Langer, spokesman for Rep. Devin Nunes, California Republican. “Pack the documents with vague insinuations of collusion while downplaying the actual findings that there was no collusion.”

A Washington Times analysis of a redacted version of the Mueller report shows that, among its scores of bolded headlines in the table of contents, none refers to the special counsel’s paramount conclusion. Also, in the 200-page section devoted to Russia-Trump there is no “conclusion” section.

The first words that address Mr. Mueller’s No. 1 assignment — to determine whether there was a Trump-Russia election interference conspiracy — appear in the report’s introduction on page 2, buried as the final third of a 63-word sentence.

It reads: “Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

Mr. Mueller repeats that finding, though not labeled as such, in a section that explains how the word “coordination” is used in federal law.

The report reads: “We applied the term coordination in that sense when stating in the report that the investigation did not establish that the Trump Campaign coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

Looks like Mueller and his thugs couldn't find evidence of collusion and cover-up so they used innuendo and omissions to frame President Trump and his campaign.

Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency

I would love to see the bases for that conclusion.

Mueller cemented his “once impeccable” reputation as a superb lawyer as actually a stooge, a poser and a liar for the sole purpose of protecting the slimeballs and the stinkbutts (I wish I could call them what I think of them) in the Swamp and for taking out a President who is giving the Government back to the Citizens of this Nation. I hope in the end his “impeccable reputation” is swirling down the drain to the sewage treatment plant where it certainly belongs.

Statement today was a cheap shot. Didn’t sound like he emphasized the no collusion part of his report. Wasn’t that an important finding?

Did anyone watch the live broadcast?

Mueller has aged dramatically.

IMHO, Bob has lost his belly for the fight that is ahead. Hope, he has got his affairs in order and chatted with his heirs because the road ahead is most likely going to be bumpy.

And looks like the GOP is just fine with that. Graham took to twitter mere minutes after Mueller’s CYA statement only to vouch for him and give credence to his witch hunt.

Yes, I watched it also and he didn’t wanna be there.

He also made it clear he was not going to talk on the report any more.

He knows he did wrong but doesn’t give a hoot.

It is clear to me, at least, that a Hillary Clinton presidency would have been more beneficial to the Russians.

1). She could be very easily bought
2). She had, in fact, proven quite useful in the uranium deal.
3). She would be a feckless adversary who would certainly cave to whatever empty promises they would offer.
4). She (and her dipshit husband) have much in their background that could have been used to blackmail her.

Trump is a tougher adversary. In nearly every way.

Mueller was shaking and sounded extremely nervous. Note that he congratulated the FBI thugs who, among other things, dragged Manafort’s and Roger Stone’s wife out of bed. I suspect he is concerned about the investigation of his friends at the FBI and their coup and how it might implicate this shaking, tottering old man.

My bet is that you wont see mueller again. The house is not going to bring him in for questioning, they already have what they want. And linda is certainly not going to bring him before the senate. Hell, mueller is a god to linda, he would never question his accusations.

He must be using the same law books as the Dems used during the Supreme Court hearings for Kavenough. (sp)

Yes. Right on every point. How on earth would the Russkies like the first President to stand up for America First since Reagan?

Yes, with Amish in play as well, looks like impeachment is in the cards. This should be fun. Actually not a bad play for the Dummies if their goal is to distract from the investigation into Comey-Brennan-Clapper.

His innuendos were meant to interfere with the election more than Russia or the DNC ever did. I said from day one he was evil.
