Males spend their lives with their bodies awash in testosterone and one cannot just go on testosterone inhibition ,or estrofgen boosters, and make up for that.
Secondly, males have increased capacity to transport oxygen to their muscles, their hip placement is more conducive to athletics, their blood vessels are better at transporting blood and so on.
Males have automatic advantages physically over women, and stopping testerosrone for a year before competing will not undo these things so they will still have a tremendous advantage over women.
