The ambiguity of Mueller’s conclusions were intentional to leave room for the Demos to further humiliate themselves and to keep them busy making more and increasingly stupid statements and taking stupid actions. They have a real talent for that.

Mueller’s “report” is a political diatribe more akin to a Soviet Kangaroo court then an American legal document.
It is nothing but innuendo that was unsolicited, edited to implicate the President by careful wording and outright fabrications, and turns every other basic tenet of the American justice system on its head.
Mueller is everything the Founders constructed the justice system to block: nothing more then a Star Chamber Inquisitor, one of the King’s Men who were tasked with pointing fingers, making false accusations, demanding unbending obedience to their demands, and declaring guilt without going through a jury.
