The selective editing is pretty brash. Totally mischaracterized the nature of the conversations not just the attorney’s phone message but all the discussion about “Russian tapes”, too.
#5 has got to be totally humiliating. They cited this guy Nader 100 times, and all the while he’s been hiding child pornography. How could they not know he had been imprisoned for child porn in the past? Why would they rely on him, there is no way this would stay hidden from the public. And, it appears they knew he was still involved in it - they had his phones bugged the whole time, but only charged him now? It’s almost an act of self-sabotage on the part of Mueller.
Highly likely they knew, and used this as a lever to get what they wanted.
It may be being used, now, to insure he keeps the "correct" narrative going.
