I don’t expect that any branch of the armed forces wants people who can only walk with pain and difficulty. It would be hard to do a desk job, much less go up and down stairs on ships (more like ladders) or do pretty much anything physical.
Yah,the only reason I wasn’t 100% certain was because Navy and Air Force duties aren’t focused as much on marching/walking,etc.
