The closing of the final inspector general investigation into the Russia collusion investigation promises to open the flood gates for previously undisclosed information and indictments.
The forthcoming report from the Office of Inspector General on potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse will finally unleash Attorney General William Barr, and when it does, watch out.
For the last month, conservative pundits have predicted the ever-imminent dropping of Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on his investigation into the circumstances surrounding FISA surveillance of former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. Horowitz’s report will likely provide new and damaging details surrounding the FBI’s use of the FISA court to spy on Page. More importantly, the conclusion of Horowitz’s probe frees Barr to conduct a broader and more exacting investigation into all aspects of the Russia collusion hoax.

The release of the IG report on the FISA abuse, President Trump’s decision to authorize Barr to declassify documents and Barr’s selection of U.S. Attorney John Durham to lead the investigation suggests that criminal investigations of wrongdoing can soon begin.
More guesswork based on unsubstantiated assumptions.

These are the circuses.
He can’t. His findings are on the requests made to have the FISA warrants in the first place. You think he’s going to make up stuff to justify these or to cover for a President that’s out of office? He’d be a moron to do that. Also he would be contradicting everything and opens up an in estimation on himself if Trump says the hell with all of this and de-classify the warrants himself.Then he gets targeted like Mueller is going to be.
Victoria Toensing said the IG report’s release is being stonewalled by FBI director, Christopher Wray.
He should be prosecuted along with the rest of the Deep State traitors.
I don’t know why in the world President Trump chose that man to be the FBI director.
He seemed smarmy to me from the beginning.
Barr likely ordered Mueller to finish up and then shut down his investigation and report his conclusions; and probably gave him a deadline. I suspect Barr has also done that with Horowitz.
None of this matters until actual indictments are passed down and these criminals are arrested.
Until that happens, we are all just “waiting to wait”. And the rank and file are sick to death of that.
H.W. Bush could have done it. So could W. Bush. But patience is really thin for Republicans doing nothing. We demand to see criminals behind bars, and NO EXCUSES.
