Problem is Obama’s people, including Kerry are running back to Congressional intel committees, finding out US foreign policy initiatives, and then carrying them back to Iran and others to undermine Trump and US.
Congress can apparently talk to Brennan et al as long as they hold clearance. No mention of “need to know”. Need to cut them off.
