Moms demand action would rather have Children burnt to death by a nut using Molotov Cocktails, run over in the School crosswalk by some nut driving a two ton assault Vehicle or blown up by some nut with a Van full of Fertilizer.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving, IIRC, after a while the founder of that group (who lost her daughter because a drunken driver ran her over) quit because she did not like the direction that it was taking in terms of doing all sorts of things that were just short of lobbying to get Prohibition reinstated.
