It is noteworthy that Ken Starr listed the obstruction crimes committed by Clinton and when given the same opportunity, Mueller did not list any crimes. Referring to them as issues and literally showing where each issues failed some part of the obstruction test. I wonder what Dean will say about this.
You are comparing apples and oranges. Ken Starr was an independent counsel. Mueller was a special counsel. Different laws, different outcomes.
Exactly. Mueller (read Weissmann) didn’t even reach a conclusion because he didn’t even make the effort to make a determination.
Sounds like something kids on the playground use when they don't get their way.
A GOP group? Is Paul Ryan and That Flake part of that group????
“A GOP group? Is Paul Ryan and That Flake part of that group????”
I would not be surprised. What a POS Paul Ryan turned out to be.
Is there a list of every one of these “GOP” ers?
There should never have been an Obama administration.
He is not a natural born citizen.
EVERYONE, from BOTH parties, involved in that violation of our Constitution should be indicted, tried and convicted.
BOTH parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
Time to actively Primary these RINO’s!
And just one more reason I’m so glad I stopped giving money to Republicans.
I finally stopped when McCain threw the election with giving up his campaign to sign on the TARP bill.
I kept my "R" on voter registration so I can vote in the primary.
However, with elections last year and my wife turning 65, the political calls and telemarketing medicare calls got to be too much.
Cancelled the home phone and went straight cellular.
Don't need to waste money allowing access to me by pols and telemarketers.

Democrats in disguise. Oh, and it seems that they cannot read. There was no collusion and not crime, SO THERE CANNOT BE OBSTRUCTION.
What a bunch of morons!

This idiot Kristol will NOT give up!!
He is OUTWARDLY and OBVIOUSLY colluding with the Dems.
Sickening!!
Thanks for finding this connection, maggie.
Telling that he says in the quote that they are more open “when constituents don’t hear them” revealing that they KNOW voters side with Trump.
Yes, you do.
Agree about different laws governing the special council, but both prosecutors had the power to call grand juries (to see if a criminal case could be made). One prosecutor did and one did not. Either could have called out a criminal act even if the DOJ had a long standing policy of not indicting a sitting president. There is also the business of whether a president could commit obstruction if he was exercising his constitutional prerogatives to act as the head of the executive branch, but this gets into law and I am not a lawyer.
The @#%&*$#@ RINO’s are going to stay silent until they see who wins in 2020. We can count them out until then. Spineless creeps.
