The bill Abbott signed does NOT allow businesses to refuse service to gays.

It simply restrains GOVERNMENT from harassing or attempting to shut down businesses based on the business owner’s religious /political contributions or beliefs.

The gay mafia (as distinct from most gays) has been trying to shut down Chick-fil-A because its owner contributed to a PAC promoting traditional marriage.
