Now that States are tying their EVs to the National Popular Vote, it makes sense for Trump to campaign in California, even if he doesn’t win the State, I believe there is a huge untapped source of Conservative voters there.

the states in that “compact” will not get to 270 by next November. THe NV DEm Gov vetoed it and the ME House killed it.
All the Solid Blue states passed it , now what?

At least 1/3 of California is conservative.

Remember, Cali voted down gay marriage (Proposition #8) in 2008; one black-robed man overturned the will of the Californians.

The state has many great people that still live there.

Are you aware that after Texas and Florida it was
California which provided Trump with the most popular
votes in 2016? Trump has a fair start although the
ballot counting raises more questions every election.
