There is no federal official accounting of popular vote by certification, and the state of Colorado cannot spcertify one for itself. This is completely illegal and fraudulent.

Presently, I think that Trump will likely get the both the popular and Electoral College votes to win. But in the case of these dozen-odd states which made the funny rule that no matter how you voted in your state....the state electoral votes would have to go over to the popular vote winner...there’s going to be legal challenges.

The Supreme Court will be forced into taking this and settling it before the Electoral College deadline, and I suspect they will throw out the changes and force everyone back to the standard.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswald has legally declared she will fraudulantly overturn the Signed & Sealed & Vertified election results.

And the Colorado State will change the voter results in SECRECY.
