Unfortunately it’s easy to insert illegal material on most computers from a remote location. It is almost impossible to prove that you didn’t have anything to do with it, other than to not use your computer for email and keep it off the internet, but use disposable phone for emailing and surfing.
I would think, or hope, law enforcement in general if not the FBI in particular would have competent enough techies that can determine if images were placed on to a computer in question not by its primary user but by someone else. Seems to me that shouldn’t be too difficult to determine.
Jones is a nutcase who believes 9/11 was staged by our own government, and sorry, I haven’t lost that much trust to go down that rabbit hole. So his latest dumbassery vis a vis Sandy Hook is no surprise. With all that said though, all disdain hereby attached to the man, even I have a hard time believing he is a kiddie toucher.
But it wouldn’t surprise me so much as to dismiss it completely. He clearly has mental issues.
His lawyer said Jones is considered a victim. Jones did not open the emails that were sent to him with child porn.
Clearly a set up for anyone taking time to look for the facts.
What better way to trash the reputation of anyone - especially fringe political figure who is nonetheless a thorn in the side of the deep state and establishment - than to accuse them of child porn?

The corrupt alphabet agencies have the will, the tools and the know how to illicitly FRAME ANYONE the deep state views as a threat or enemy.
They can literally put ANYTHING on ANYONE’S computer without their knowing it even exists.
Then call in an “anonymous tip” saying so and so is involved with “X”.
The cops, or one of the alphabet agencies show up with a “search warrent”, take the computers, hard drived, cell phones and low and behold they find “child porn” in a secret “hidden file”.
You get arrested, charged, tried while all along vociferously proclaiming your innocence saying: “I didn’t do this, I didn’t know it was there”. And the cops and prosecuting attorney will say:
Is this your computer/cell phone/flash drive, yes or no?
Was this computer containing this illicit, criminal photos in your possession, yes or no?
Your honor, so and so is guilty. He has admitted that this IS HIS and that he was IN POSSESSION of it when we acquired it under a lawfully obtained search warrent; after our forensics team thoroughly examined it we discovered these heinous, despicable, criminal images in a “secret file” within. The evidence against the defendant is overwhelming; despite his proteststaions we ask that the jury find him guilty and that he be punished to the full extent of the law.
In reality, he would be found “guilty” because “seeing is believing”.
