I had heard that Buffalo was still on the skids, but haven’t seen much in the news/papers (wonder why). Who do they think they are, Memphis, E. St. Louis, Chicago, Portland, Seattle, SF/LA, Houston, New Orleans, Philly, DC, Baltimore, much of Connecticut and some of Rhode Island, Maine, and parts of Marxischusetts?

Some of the neighborhoods closest to the downtown area are pretty rough. As for Buffalo being on the skids, most of the state of NY west of Albany is crumbling thanks to the scummy politicians downstate. Cuomo is just evil cherry on top.
