Didn't some computer expert claim that the bad guys knew how to control ATMs remotely and cause heart attacks remotely? Didn't one of them get bumped off at a young age supposedly from a heart attack?
Less messy than controlling a speeding Mercedes remotely and more believable than arranging a death when no coroner is available in the state.
