Nazi UBoaters and Japanese Army had a thing about if you kill prisoners you don’t have to feed and house them and if you just leave them they will likely be back to fight you tomorrow.

Except the Jews were not enemy combatants, but citizens and residents of Germany, including women, children and elderly. There is no moral equivalency here. That’s the game the left plays, like you can’t be pro-life and pro-death penalty.

Japanese, and to a lesser degree German war crimes against uniformed servicemen, as bad as they were, cannot be equated to the holocaust.

Japs had a code that would not allow them to condone surrender on their own part and so had nothing but contempt for those who surrendered on the other.
