Better yet, openly support a secessionist movement among the Akhwazis. They are Arabic-speaking, oppressed, and most of the Iranian oil fields are on their land. It is utterly win/win. Send in some Green Berets and Seals, some military equipment, and give them some intelligence. Oh, and bomb something in Iran, just so we can say that we hit them back.
