They make a rational calculation that they are stopping at what is merely a way station to get into our country and well worth the risk of getting out of the $#*+hole country which they left behind.
Of course they could stay and try to build a pleasant country like their much nearer neighbors in Costa Rica have built. But that never seems to be an option. Why do you suppose that is?

Very much unlike the immigrants/invaders on our southern border.

AOC is a very dangerous and conniving fool but be very afraid of the millions who believe her lies and spread her misinformation. The irony is that this type of liberal is the type to put millions in concentration camps. I bet they fantasize about rounding up conservatives.

I dare AOC to visit a border camp, then visit a Holocaust Museum. No doubt she would call for the closure of those museums and their artifacts destroyed, so as not to offend the tender sensibilities of her islamic colleagues on the House and her fellow travelers in the Jew hating BDS-hole movement.
