Terrible move. This gives the dems two weeks to demonize it in the press and the criminals two weeks to go into hiding. It was a mistake (not some masterstroke as some on here want to believe) to announce it...and it is a mistake to delay it.
Another threat brings an opponent back to the table.
Perhaps that was the point all along?
