A stupid defense for what was on that tape. A car barreling down at full-speed in reverse either means this guy overreacted or was a crap driver. Either way, he isnt innocent.
I don’t think anyone has watched the videos closely and repeatedly. He was being swarmed and did the only thing he could. If he had seriously intended to kill he would have steered into the attackers, not into the car in front of him wiped out a lot more.
The event was orchestrated by Gov "Punk" McAuliffe declaring an emergency immediately AFTER the park was occupied by a group with a lawful permit to rally at the statue of General Lee. The group in the park was then forced, by police, into the arms of Antifa, who were unlawfully gathered in the street. The clash was an intentional, coordinated effort by state and local government.
