I may have missed something.
I thought drivers license voters (CA) and “registration official cannot ask if prospective voter is a U S citizen” voters and just plain illegals who get an absentee ballot mailed to a U S address-——all voted.
Maybe I am wrong. And place to place may enforce in different manner.
Not wrong... Here in MD, during the last election, there were almost as many translators in the very crowded polling place as voters... That was just during one of the "early voting" days...
