I recall something about a homosexual event, in San Francisco, where police wanted to set up a tent, to shield people from the more exuberant attendees, who wanted to express themselves publicly, and just couldn’t hold back. And people with no self control could go in the tent and take care of their business.

Some, not all of course, but some of the “gay” community revel in being obscene and flamboyant, and want to be outrageous in public.

The gays I know, abhor all this. They know it doesn’t help their cause. They just want to live their lives and be left alone.

They know all this will do is cause a backlash.

Mardi-Gras has had to be divided into family & “adult” celebrations in separate areas of N.O.

Long before Pride parades, gays were taking over Mardi Gras, doing BJs right on the street where anybody could see.

Now the gays have Pride & half of Mardi Gras, too.
