Well, just as a side note, if there are any "Smelly Walmart Shoppers" on the thread (who aren't too hoity-toity to try them), Walmart actually has a very tasty, cream-stuffed "carrot-cake" sandwich cookie, in their bakery section.
       
(And, they're probably very healthy for you, with all those carrots jammed in there!)        :-)

Lordy, those look yummy! Too bad I hate going to Walmart, but it’s because of the ridiculously inept checkers. But next time hubby goes....... ;)

I LOVE those “carrot-cake” sandwich cookie!! We don’t have them very often.

And the chocolate chip cookie ones aren’t bad either.
